Super-duper and totally free, Phillies Bridge Farm is offering a canning workshop at the farm on Thursday evening, September 18th, at 7pm. If you don't know a thing about preserving foods or if you're new at it and want some pointers, or even if you think you're an old pro and just want to taste the goods from a woman who's canned around the block and gotten some county fair blue ribbons under her belt, check it out.
